Minimum Order Requirements
Minimum order quantity is 5pcs per style per colour. For sold out items, providing we have enough material, we will be able to re-order. Please note in this case, the minimum order will increase to 10pc per style per colour and it may take up to 3-4 weeks.
Shipping & Handling
We can post locally and worldwide. Shipping costs are additional and calculated when your order is processed. We will inform you of the shipping costs. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery in the UK and Europe; and up to 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world. We do not deliver on public holidays. There can be considerable postal delays during public holidays, so please take this into consideration. We will inform you once we have posted your items and will give you a tracking number in which you can track your goods. You may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and/or other customs fees that may be imposed on you by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges to receive your package. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office.
Exchange & Returns
Only defective items are subject to exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please email us and return to us the item(s) with the ORIGINAL TAG, UN-WORN and in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we have confirmed the defective item(s), we will immediately EXCHANGE or issue you with a CREDIT NOTE of the refunded amount. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the returned and exchanged item(s) shipping costs. There are no exchange or return on used goods.
Unclaimed parcels that have been returned to us due to unclaimed, incorrect or incomplete delivery details can be resent, but only at the customer’s expense. Additionally, Lellow Lucy will not be responsible for non-deliveries due to any reason with your local post office or customs.
